Business Optimizer / Asphalt Web Design
Privacy policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy applies to asphaltwebdesign.com, a website operated by Business Optimizer. Contact company@businessoptimizer.org or (707) 216-2333 with questions.
Information you provide
When you email, call, or schedule a presentation, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, availability, and the details you choose to share about your project. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a business inquiry. This site does not include a separate inquiry form; the calendar is provided by Calendly.
How information is used
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, arrange meetings, understand your project, and manage a resulting business relationship. Technical information helps deliver the website, understand visits, diagnose errors, and protect the service. Relevant information may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and analytics
Vercel hosts this website and may process request information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request time to deliver and protect the service. Statcounter measures visits, page views, referring pages, browser/device information, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. Each page view is recorded in the project for this website and in our Hyperindustry master project, which combines traffic across our four industry websites. Statcounter may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits and returning visitors.
Calendly and other external services
The presentation calendar connects to Calendly when your browser loads the embedded calendar. Calendly may process technical information and the details you submit to schedule a meeting. Email, telephone, and scheduling providers process information associated with the communications you initiate. Links to our portfolio, the main Business Optimizer website, industry resources, or other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and browser choices
Statcounter and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies. You can use your browser’s cookie controls, tracking protection, or the providers’ available controls to restrict these technologies. Blocking third-party content may affect analytics or the calendar. You can call or email us instead of using the embedded calendar.
Service providers, disclosure, and retention
Hosting, scheduling, email, and other providers involved in delivering the website or responding to you may process relevant information. We may disclose information where needed to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or manage the business relationship. Inquiry and business records are kept as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations; retention depends on the type of record and circumstances. Contact us about a particular record or request.
Your information and requests
You can ask us about your information, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications by emailing company@businessoptimizer.org. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify a request before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for business inquiries. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy by publishing the revised version here with a new date.
